Koinos Groups
All members and regular attenders of the church are encouraged to join one of our small-group meetings, which we call Koinos Groups. The groups are comprised of 10-12 people. Each group organises social and fellowship events that offer opportunities to grow/deepen relationships. Some groups also choose a course of Bible Study which is appropriate to the needs of the group. If you are interested in finding out more about the Koinos groups, or would like to join one, please contact our Koinos Group co-ordinator, Gill Buckle.
Prayer Support
There is a prayer time immediately prior to the Sunday morning service in the prayer-room to the left of the pulpit. All are welcome to join in this time. The Church has a weekly Prayer Focus insert in the Church Bulletin which lists the specific prayer requests of the Church Family. Brian and Phyllis Malone co-ordinate the Prayer Focus.
We also offer a telephone prayer-chain and an E-mail prayer-chain to convey immediate prayer needs to the church body. Joyce Swires co-ordinates the telephone prayer-chain and Jacque Tieszen co-ordinates the E-mail prayer- chain.
Congregational Support
Gill Buckle co-ordinates the team that meets the pastoral/congregational care needs of the Church. Many of these needs are met through the Koinos groups, but specific needs may also be referred to Gill for assistance.
